I think we all should take a stand and try to stop constantly judging. It's so funny to me how you always hear people saying that "everyone's equal" and all this blah, blah, blah, but is it really true? It sure doesn't seem like it to me! Everytime you turn around, you can see or hear someone making a dirty comment about someone else or talking down to others. Don't we all have better things in life to worry about? How, during these tough economic times, do people have the time to turn their backs on others? This should be a time for us all to stick together and try to help eachother, not hurt eachother. What I would like to see is people posting a comment to this article. You can say as much or as little as you want, but let's make a stand today that we are going to try to do better. Maybe, whenever you avoided judging someone, or did something to help someone else, post about it here. Let's prove that we are better people than it seems! Let's prove to everyone that there is still love in this world and that we can change!

I know it's tough, and I am not in ANY way trying to say that I don't do this. I do it every day, I can bet you. Sometimes, we all think those things that we wish we couldtake back, but we can't. However, we can change our thoughts and actions AFTER that point. It's not like that other person knows what you were thinking about them.

For example: how about the next time you think something about a homeless person standing with a sign on the side of the road, instead of thinking they're lying, why not hand them a bag of chips or some of the spare change that I'm sure you have in your care.

How about we all go and donate some food to the nearest shelter? Which brings me to my next topic, why do people seem to only donate around holidays? Let's change that too. Donate something and post a comment about it here!! Let's change things and make life easier for all of us :)
