People spoil in plagiarism






Plagiarism is an act that is being indulged in by so many people at various levels, especially among students. A student produces a work done and allows a fellow student to copy in the name of group or team work. There is absolutely no problem with group work. Sometimes some study demands that students work together on some researches and projects. However, conclusive reports should be written independently.

Examples of plagiarism

There are so many examples of Plagiarism. Some of them are cutting and pasting from the internet or from another write up or book, paraphrasing or copying from as little as a phrase to as much as a whole segment in somebody else's work. Plagiarism could be partial or absolute. It is partial when some paraphrasing is done to change the content. It is absolute when the entire work is copied without paraphrasing the content. detect

Lack of self confidence and the inability to believe in oneself and one's ability to deliver, is a major reason for indulging in plagiarism. Believing that the other person's work is much better and accurate than ones own work, no ma

Consequences of plagiarism

Plagiarism is a criminal act. A person involved can be sued for piracy and violating the copy writes law.Plagiarism destroys the quality of work done and lacks originality. Some students decide to plagiarize their work to impress a lecturer or teacher. This act makes them lazy and unable to maximize their potentials for proper brain grooming and development. They continue to live in a world of falsehood and self limitation. Their level of creativity becomes very shallow and undeveloped in their full capacity.

There is nothing wrong in trying to study a person's work in order to develop ideas. This is acceptable if it helps an individual to acquire a broader level of reasoning on a subject. However, it is totally unacceptable to refuse to develop one's own ideas and original work.

Every human being has a great wealth of potential to develop great ideas. However, No human can totally maximize 100% percent of the brains wealth of abilities. So why not decide to maximize what can be maximized by being able to use its creative abilities in its originality?
