Everyone gets into their style of earning as a person to provide services, a sales executive, an engineer, a doctor, a carpentor or so. After a course of time they learn the job and the level of skillset needed to address an issue. Slowly everyone become expert on their own field. And we call them an expert.
I believe in people becoming experts if the stay in one job for a minimum period of 2 years to 5 years. Some field may demand more years, but to the max 10 years of employment is sufficient. At the age of 30 to 35 one has to be self sufficient in knowledge of the field he/she is working.
When a person become an expert he or she is good to analys the demand of the job they do, the time frame within which they can complete a task or an assignment. I would say that is the stage and enough of being an employee. Then own should start his/her own business. More customarization would help in bringing
more business. By this time a person has enough penny in his pocket of starting a business, if not he or she can take a bank loan and start their own business in a small level. One can defenitly do magic.
Starting our business will help us to design our principles of doing business, will increase job satisfaction, will help others to get a job. We can do something for the society by taking share in growing the economy. There are more people who start business just because they have money but nothing else. They learn things after spending all their money. An expert can always overtake such business people.
Control on your expenses for first 2 years. Appoint people whom you rely on. Try to do small inspection every now and then. Allot job according to the skill set of the person. Try to involve in customer hearing. Keep, increasing your revenue. Reduce your expenses. Emember it took 10 years for you to reach this posistion. You can be come a successful businessman.
