Traffic Congestion is self explanatory. Congestion in cities was understood to mean an excess of automobiles entering cities. This is not the problem of one country but almost all the countries. Apparently, it is required to think over it again & again. Now a days people waste lots of time in traffic jams, causing delay in reaching the destination. So, we need to reduce relative reliance on the private car in order to allow better movement of traffic.
Well, this everybody knows, so what is stopping people to take out the solution? Its you and me needs to take steps on the same before it's too late.

Let me not focus on the type of problems we face due to automobiles, like it pulls out carbon dioxide polluting air, causes noise pollution, and health problems. All these consequences every one has embedded in their minds.

The companies have taken steps like Green revolution but the question is Are they really following it up by themselves? The companies also have come up with idea of how to consume the time they spend during traveling towards office. To avoid wasting time of the employees they have brought up the idea of employees who should start working from the time they enter the company bus. Necessary equipments and files will be provided in the shuttle.

One more example could be the companies, who provides all the facility to its most wanted employees at their door steps and makes them work 24/7 from home. Necessary library equipments and the office stuff will be provided, so that they can work any time to complete the target. .

Huh.... ....The companies think a lot to use the time of the employees. Why not us for our own problems? Eventually, in all these aspects man is suffering, then why not men take some steps to overcome the traffic problems. One of the popular ideas would be Car pooling which reduces traffic and helps same number of people as usual to commute to work. It is nothing but hiring one car and occupying people going towards the same areas. It reduces 5 vehicles on the road. Like wise if everybody helps each other more number of vehicles could be avoided. If we all docile each other I think we can definitely beat this traffic congestion.

On the other hand, Government needs to resolve the problem of adequate roads. More number of tunnels or subways could be constructed to avoid which can divert traffic from one lane to the other like from highways or direct roads.

One more solution could be the companies can provide the apartments to their employees near office, which maximize the reduction of vehicles on roads and also the timing of the employee.

Here we can see there is always a solution for a problem, but the question is why the politicians or the people just talk, why don't they execute the solutions. Why the government keeps quite when it cannot provide easy commutation to public. Why we elect people to run the country when they cannot afford to solve the problems like these?
