Looking around all this advertising, all those people going to work every day, doing what they have been told to do, and tying so hard to be the best in what they are doing.
Don't you see how sometimes we are becoming little by little slaves of the big industries or advertising?
It is great doing a job that you love, where you can express yourself, where you can be truly you. But there are people who at first place do not like their job but they are doing it for the money and they do not have much choice. And they are people who like their job or at least trying to like it but got so much frustrated because of their coworkers or their chief. All those people are slaves of their job or industries where they are working.
For example, there are so many people working in factories (like technology factory, shoes, bags, clothes, food, machines etc.) They are happy to eve
n have job. They do not even think about to say that they are not satisfied with certain situation on their job because they could get fired very easily. Isn't that unfair to those people, isn't that unfair to all of us because those industries doesn't look on people like human beings. They are looking on them like machine which has to make more and faster and faster so everyone can have more money. But those workers, what is the sadness, do not get more money. They are still working for the same amount of money and sometimes for less.
Why all those people who work for someone are not treated like individual?
I think that every person deserve at first place a chance to work what he want to work and what he enjoy to work. And every person has right to be treated like individual because we are not the same. Everyone is good or great at something and employers have to know recognize this otherwise we will all be robots, or aren't we already?
